Product Exchange Policy
1. Currently, products purchased from online are not allowed in any cases
2. In case of wrong shipping, damaged products caused by the manufacturer or damaged products caused by shipping; product exchange can be requested within 14 days after receiving. Contact customerservice@lamy.co.th  along with your order number.
3. All rights of condition change are reserved without notice
 
Return Policy
1. Discounted products are not returnable unless stated otherwise
2. Items must be in original condition; unwashed and unworn. Items must have all tags attached.
3. Return request must be initiated within 14 days after receiving. Contact  customerservice@lamy.co.th  along with your order number.
4. All rights of condition change are reserved without notice
 
Return Steps
1. Contact  customerservice@lamy.co.th along with your order number, returned item model and in case of cash on delivery, your bank account.
2. Our staff will contact you to collect returned items.
 
Refund Conditions
1. When an order is returned or cancelled by the system
2. Refund is made according to the payment method. For cash on delivery, please inform your bank account number in the return request email.
3. Refund begins after items are returned to the warehouse and product quality is approved.
Estimated time of refund as follows,
- Credit/ debit card: 30-45 business days after returned items are received and approved.*
- Cash on delivery: 15-30 business days after returned items are received and approved.**
Remark:
*the actual time of refund depends on each bank payment bills
